Some services we provide are not covered under our NHS contract and therefore incur charges.

Examples include:

• Medicals for pre-employment or driving requirements (HGV)

• Insurance claim forms

• Private sick notes

Fees are calculated according to the British Medical Association (BMA) recommended scales.

We do not provide services for taxi driver medicals, sports medicals, or reports for firearms certificates.

We receive a high volume of these forms and aim to complete them as quickly as possible.

Due to ongoing medical care, processing times may vary.

We aim to return completed forms within 28 days of receiving payment.
