NHS e-Referral Tracking

If your GP has referred you to a specialist for further care, you will be sent a letter with the details you need.

You can also check the progress of your referral using the NHS App.

Your letter will include:

  • Instructions on how to arrange your appointment

  • A reference number

  • A password

To track or manage your referral, you will need these details along with your date of birth.

Please be aware that our medical secretaries process a high volume of referrals.

Urgent referrals must be prioritised, and routine referrals are managed as soon as possible.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
